You must stop here if you pass through Longview. Absolutely fantastic, their jerky is phenomenal. There is a selection of butcher meats and dried meats. Elk, bison, beef, and more!
Wonderful selection of jerkies. Beef, turkey, bison. Lots of sausage and smokies too. Decent prices, considering the quality. The teriyaki is forgettable, but definitely try the roughneck.
Love the shop, remember coming here as a kid and it's great memories. The pepperoni sticks are very tasty and the jerky sticks are awesome, the meats in the fridges are very good, bacon is to die for and the price is very comparable to the grocery store and much better quality, the steaks looked very good also, However, the jerky itself I do not much care for. It's extremely dry, and under flavoured. I got the honey garlic and the peppered, and they tasted literally identical, may as well have just gotten one bag, the jerky sticks are very soft and tasty though, those I would suggest highly, and the pepperoni sticks and the bacon, but skip the actual jerky sadly.
These guys make great beef jerky in more flavors and styles than you can shake a stick at. The pepperoni was not my favorite.
